If you are the owner of a Vintage Airstream, (25 or more years old) you are eligible to join. The WBCCI / Vintage Airstream Club offers you a chance to meet and have fun with other owners of Airstream's Legacy trailers. Vintage owners share prestige and privileges. Some of our members bought these trailers new and never saw any reason to change. Now younger families as well as those young at heart are buying vintage because of economy and a chance to own one because they always wanted an Airstream. Whatever the reason, the Club will offer support through:

A web site containing the history of Airstream's Legacy Trailers, membership information, access to our email discussion list, a list of VAC officers and contact information, VAC Classified Advertising as well as photos and links to other Airstream related sites. Our Webmaster is Toby Folwick (#2029).
An Archive of how to information, written, on video and on-line. Materials are gathered from members and wherever it can be found. Our archivist is Fred Coldwell (#1510).
A Newsletter, the "Vintage Advantage", with interesting articles written by vintage owners, sharing their experiences in vintage trailer ownership. Taken together with the Archive and the Web Site, these articles, constitute a tutorial of trailer repair, restoration and operation. The newsletter is printed at least 2 times per year and back issues will be available for purchase on our web site through the "new" VAC Market Place and in the WBCCI Member's area. Our former Editor, Bryan Burkhart is also the author of "Airstream History of the Landyacht," and "Trailer Travel: A Visual History of Mobile America."
An International Rally with Social and Technical Programs catering to your shared interests. Parade into the rally and park together, where you can meet our Officers, attend our annual membership meeting and enjoy a continuous week of camaraderie with dozens of vintage trailer enthusiasts.
The Vintage Airstream Club's "Concours d'Elegance" is held annually at the WBCCI International Rally site. The highlight of the rally, it is open to coaches and RV's 25 years and older and is an opportunity for owners to showcase their restoration efforts, whether partial or complete. At a special ceremony, awards are presented by class within decade based upon objective judging criteria. Additionally, special awards are designated for Best Tow/Trailer Combination, Best Bambi, Best Engineered Feature, and the culminate Best of Show Trophy.
An open house so guests can see that Airstreams have provided gracious living for over 70 years. Some of these trailers are historic and extremely rare. Tremendously popular, this event attracts owners and admirers of all makes of vintage trailers who are curious to see what the Airstream Trailer Mystique is all about.
Participation in Regional and Local WBCCI / VAC Rallies. This is absolutely the best way to learn and exchange restoration ideas and to see numerous other Vintage Airstreams all in one place. This is also one of the best ways to use your Vintage Airstream for Fun and Travel adventure, making new and lasting friendships among the worldwide community of Vintage Airstream Owners. There are two levels of WBCCI / VAC Membership:

Member - (WBCCI) Wally Byam Caravan Club International Member that owns a Recreational Vehicle Manufactured by Airstream that is 25 or more years old.

Associate - (WBCCI) Wally Byam Caravan Club International Member that owns a Recreational Vehicle Manufactured by Airstream that is 24 or less years old.
